Suggested uses: Chia seeds can be used dry or soaked in water for 5 minutes up to 8 hours; add to breakfast muesli; add to smoothies or fruit shakes; use in baking bread; sprinkle dry seeds over food or salads; add to sprinkle condiments like Dukkah; use as a thickener in sauces, smoothies, gravy, etc.
Drink sufficient water if you consume Chia Seeds dry.
